A dry Furmint from Château Dereszla in Bodrogkeresztúr, at the heart of Tokaj; the same grape as the sweet Tokay of Stoker's day, from an estate whose cellars run a kilometre under the hill.

Sweet on the nose, and sweet for about a second. Then it turns dry and rather serious. Harker's first evening at the castle goes much the same way.
